NFT is totally worthless as in Sep 2023. I feel very sad for those who actually paid quite a hefty sum of money towards these NFT and think that it will be worth a lot of money in future. Now it is an irritating piece of art that in fact give us learnt an important lesson.

I'm very much more exciting to see mini pasar malam at a small heartland than in a big heartland. Although its now slightly on a pricer side, its quiet and less crowded. More enjoyable at a small township.

Having kept many special edition currencies and coins. At one point, i was thinking whether is it really legal tender? Well according to MAS, it is ! However, these special coins and currency normally worth much more than its face value. So pretty interesting that someone did tried it. People will not accept because not everyone knows it. Thats pretty much the reason.

To be frank, not everyone is ready for foldable phones. Hence its a little difficult to predict 5% global market share by 2027. I still flip phones are just gimmicks, fold devices are more useful in most case. But of course, price is also a concern. Target will be met pretty easily if price of fold devices are cheaper.

Wah jialat, GST haven't increase, all these transport fares are increasing again ! How to say cost of living isn't rising?? No choice, still have to work and earn more. Sideline also need to enhance more and earn more to supplement your bills and rentals.. 

Nespresso Essenza Mini

Bought and subscribe to their $1 subscription plan. Got the bundled set for $48 per month to save from my frequent outdoor coffee. Coffee in Singapore are really getting more and more expensive. With this, i am actually spending lesser for more quality coffee. Got the All Time Favourite bundle as well, to quickly explore all the various brews to calibrate to my usual capsules. After testing out for the past week, so far, i am enjoying it so much and even bring out coffee in my thermal flask to work.

Salted Caramel Apple Cheesecake is something different to try other than Good Old Cheese Cake. But the base cheesecake seems the same. Its more of the salted caramel and chunks of apple in it. Currently at SGD$7.90. Still good to enjoy with my own brewed coffee.

Haha really attempted many times on the brown gravy, but really not to my liking. My colleague told me that it is actually chicken liver. So i am thinking ohhh no wonder, tasted so weird.🤣 Anyway, the fried chicken i will agree that it is nice and well marinated. Just that price is a little high due to cost of living and portion is quite small for its price. Seems that everywhere is almost the same. 

5G had been upgraded for all Simba SIM coverage

While i am roving across Singapore during the weekends from my job, i also realised that my Samsung Z Fold 4 was accessing to 5G network. However, it is only at certain towns or places. For example, my house area only can get 4G network. However, while using 5G at a specific work place, although it is on 5G, it is not getting the desired speed. So i don't really care since i am still paying the same monthly $10.

Tabao Jumbo Seafood Restaurant

Normally i would had having these food at the restaurant itself. But because we were busy with the little one, my parents ordered takeaways from Jumbo Seafood, the award winning Chilli Crab with other dishes. The chilli crab was undoubtedly best ! Just that portion abit little haha, best to have it at the restaurant itself.

Regardless of whether you are a very luxury restaurant or well known restaurant, food hygiene is very important lar. It is the people lives of you and me. Rating down, if the price is low, people will still come to eat la. Not sure what, but most likely is the cause of the people who prepare.

Problem is the credits really is not enough. Most of the professional courses far exceed the value. I myself used it to learn a new skill. But now, i want to learn something else, credits are not enough and have to fork out thousands of dollars extra in order to learn. But thats just one part of a problem, many of us are still managing with cost of living and house chores. No time and no money unfortunately.

Need a coffee to shorten the work !

I Love espresso especially Starbucks one. Tend to brew at home for a nice cup of coffee. But due to the fact of my busy schedules at work, its getting difficult to prepare my cup of coffee in the morning. I'm currently looking at Nespresso range of capsule coffee. Will go down to take a few samples before I subscribe to their $1 machine service.

Preschool still have many black sheep

Its good that they were fined with $5000 and licence reduced to 6 months with immediate effect. But i felt ECDA should do more. Every child is its parents most precious. We are paying with sweat and blood and we expect child care to do a good job. If principal is rotten, the teacher are even worst.

Bought this Warcraft III: Reforged on day 1 of launch at full price. But i really did enjoyed the game alot. Bought it because they disable the old Warcraft Frozen Throne and prevent me from playing online. 😩 Nonetheless, this is a perfect deal that i recommend those who is still interested to play and had waited for a long time to get it. Price is USD, but still cheap !

Fold Durability Test are nonsense

Felt that sometimes these test are bullshit. I invested all the protection cases and screen guard. Utilizing less than 10000 times fold through my 10 months of usage and it had screen issues where Samsung Premium support had came to my house to fix it. Still have 1 more year extended warranty to last as i was hoping it can outlast 2 years of full usage.

Canberra Combo 105 is reopened after renovation !

This time we have better food choices. It is like a mini kopitiam spanning several different stalls selling its own stuffs. So we tried the both the Mee Rebus and Mee Siam as well as Butter Coffee and Kopi Peng (Iced). So far food is ok, but still got room for improvement. Butter Kopi was good as they really give a large slab of butter. Kopi Peng is ok. But place is clean and nice now. Hopefully it will stay this way

For Singapore Apple Fan Boy and Regular users 🤣, the online event will be held on 13 September at 1AM Singapore time. Time to see what magic will Apple be releasing and casting for long queues again. 😄 My bet is not much changes though.

Bringing my Dyson V10 for Maintenance

There's only two service centers in Singapore for Dyson. They are located at Capitol area and Jewel Changi Airport, so i brought it down to Changi Airport. I had used Dyson V10 for about 5 years now. Till one day, it happened that it cannot be charged. So we arranged an appointment, however the good thing is, they are able to assist me earlier than my appointment. And they were quick to identify the issue and provided me several options to fix this. Spent $30 to replace the charger and it is good to go. Might trade in next year to a latest model. Dyson indeed have very good products.

Finally ! HD videos on Whatsapp !

The long awaited HD videos sharing had rolled out on both iOS and Android platform ! It is indeed one of the most important functions which everyone enjoy, especially me who required to send multiple videos and image contents for both personal and work. Let's hope whatsapp will not remove this due to whatever reasons.

After a long night of watching closely who had been elected as the president of Singapore. I am glad that my votes goes to the elected President of Singapore. It was pretty obvious who will win in this presidential elections 2023. Regardless, i enjoyed my share of snacks in the evening while spending time with my family. Thats is the number 1 importance ! ☺
