Quickly open apps in split screen or a pop-up window Drag apps from the taskbar or Recents screen to open them however is most convenient for you. Drag to the top, bottom, left, or right edge of the screen to open in split screen. Drag to the center of the screen to open in a pop-up. Open app pairs quickly Pair apps that you often use together, then add them to the Home screen or taskbar so you can open them in split screen with just a single tap. Easily switch from pop-up view to split screen When you're using an app in pop-up view, just tap the split screen button inside the window handle. You'll be able to choose a second app to open alongside of it. [13 Sep 2022] Recently had bought a new Supcase Unicorn Beetle Pro for my Samsung Tab S7 because my original Samsung Book Cover had broken and unable to fix back. I personally love rugged case and this is one of them. It is very rugged and manage to protect almost all areas well. It also comes with its built-in screen protector in the case as well so you do not need to apply any other tempered glass. However, i am quite kiasu, so there is a extra tempered glass on top of another screen protector of the case. Meaning there is double layer of protection on the screen and so far does not pose any touch issues. Definitely recommend this case.
[22 Dec 2021] If the above is confirmed, I mean for Samsung Tab S8 Ultra. Well understand that many people are comparing with iPad Pro at this point of time. But with such powerful specs, functions and form-factor, isn't it more practical to use a Laptop instead? If it is too small, a smartphone might be more useful, but when it is way too big, laptop on the go is much more efficient. Tablet market really need to be reasonable to stay relevant. However, in this world, there are more unreasonable people than reasonable people, hence this will still sell ! xD
[21 Nov 2021] Lately battery life had reduced greatly. From the battery settings, unable to view which apps is sucking most out of it. But based on feeling, it really drained abit way too fast. If its not app, probably its firmware. Hope Samsung will fix this soon. In addition, due to my companies requirement, i suspect installing tons of company bloatware might be causing it. But i'm currently relying it for some inputs so lets see for now. Once I'm able to source for another alternative solution, will uninstall all company bloatware from my tablet :/
[04 Oct 2021] Bought this last year in August to expand storage for my Tab S7 which already had internal storage of 256GB. Its a slow based on today's standard, but its definitely sufficient to run your media files like video, pictures, documents and audios on the tablet. That is why many people still prefer Micro SD slots on their device. It might be even cheaper at this point of writing and the value per GB is worth your every penny.

[29 Sep 2021] Had been using Samsung Tab S7 for more than a year now. From the above screenshot, shows that I just received delivery from Samsung for the original Samsung Tab S7 Book Cover. Personally I didn't opt for the keyboard case, i didn't treat my tablet as a laptop. Any laptop type of work, I feel I will need to use laptop or desktop. For myself, this tablet serves many purposes, such as storing and managing financial stuffs. As this tablet is equipped with Snapdragon 865+, all forms of applications and gaming does not have a single lag. In terms of storage, I bought the 256GB and added in a 512GB microsd card. Because of this, I'm able to trim down cost for my primary and secondary phone to the 128GB or 256GB variant. So many people asked me, why buy S21 Ultra with 256GB or iPhone 12 128GB, well most of them don't understand. Its all about managing the data usage between your devices, laptop and PC. Take this for example, a iPhone 13 Pro Max for 128GB costs $1799 (at time of writing) and iPhone 13 Pro Max for 512GB costs $2299. You are paying $500 for the damn 384GB difference ! SO where is the value? Hence normally when someone asked me the same dumb question, I will just say because i have no data so opt for the low storage "with a smile" :D but little does they know I'm trolling them all along.
So the screen is 11 inches, LTPS TFT, 120Hz, HDR10+. Many criticized about the screen as they said the bigger brother, Tab S7+ 12.4 inches Super AMOLED screen is better. Well typically speaking, if the users want a better picture resolution in their display, they can go with LTPS LCD and if the user wants a higher contrast picture to their display then they can go with AMOLED. That simple and it depends on which size you required. Before the Tab S7 launch, I already went to the Samsung Experience stores to try it out and its superb. Back last year, Samsung Tab S7 series were the best Android Tablet in the market.
After being out in the niche market for a while, I wanted to try Samsung Eco System. Hence I got Samsung Tab S7, Samsung Watch 3 and Samsung S21 Ultra. All of which, are the flagship products of their generation. However, the only disappointing factor of the three is the Samsung S21 Ultra. Samsung have time and time again disappointing their consumers for using inferior chipset. The scores for many benchmarks of Exynos 2100 are just not true. Everyone knows that a Snapdragon 888 products outperform Exynos 2100 in many ways. Back to Samsung Tablet, I tried Genshin Impact on Samsung Tab S7 [Snapdragon 865+] have much better performance and smoother experience when compared with S21 Ultra [Exynos 2100]. However one need to check properly especially on Youtube, many are saying Samsung S21 Ultra is good, it is true because they are having Snapdragon 888 in their Samsung S21 Ultra. In Singapore market, our S21 Ultra is using Exynos 2100. Sorry I need to emphasize many times.
Tab S7 have Samsung Dex Mode which is interesting, but i don't use it alot. Of course if used as a desktop mode, it can behave and used as a desktop PC. I bought bluetooth keyboard and mouse and it works very well. Able to launch multiple windows and multitasking at different windows. After more than a year of usage, I still do not felt any sign of slowness for this tablet. Back in the days when I used Samsung Tablets mainly Exynos chipset in Tab S1, Tab S2 and even ipad and ipad mini older generation, after months of usage, the entire device became slow. Hence I definitely recommend getting Tab S7 or S7+ as Samsung finally released a great tablet at this time.
Samsung is also releasing One UI 3.1.1 update to rollout to Galaxy Tab S7 series soon. The new update brings several multi-task improvements headlined by the three-split view function in multi-window with adjustable height and width for each app. Other new additions are the long press to switch between pop-up view and split screen view as well as the option to open split screen view by dragging the screen from the side.
