Too much Coffee?


A good read about Coffee drinking for Singaporean Youth. Well moderation is key to most of the food and beverage we consumed. Exercise and moderate intake of food and drink is key to a healthy lifestyle. During our stressful times, coffee do help us tide through difficult time. However, it is way better than alcohol lar. So just manage our intake and we will be fine. :)
