Had been spending some time trying out different brands of milk products to brew my own Cappuccino, Cafe Latte, and Flat White. Seeing café offering Soy coffee and decided to give it a try.
Found this at Cold Storage and Pacific Foods have many other products, but this Barista Series is interesting. At least you have a ease of mind that this product will certainly work well together with Coffee. It turns out to be nice. The Soy flavor do make a difference in the overall taste of the Brewed Coffee. But of course, milk also gave a good overall taste. But Soy can be a good alternative if one had drank too much milk :D
Question: So Cow's milk is better or Soy is better?
Answer: Soy is a good source of low-fat and plant-based protein. It is cholesterol-free, has less saturated fat than cow’s milk and lowers the LDL in the body. Cow’s milk, on the other hand, has more calcium than natural soy.
