Just found out that the SCS Salted Butter i bought is not for spreading on bread T_T
Hence I got to utilize it somehow. Decided to make pan-fried salmon steak as dinner. Bought each raw Salmon steak per pax. Dry the salmon with kitchen tissue. Put butter on the frying pan, heated up the pan and slowly placed in the salmon. For myself, i prefer half-done, so I remove it earlier while cooking the other part longer for a fully done one. Add my beloved ajinomoto mayonnaise on it and really shiok :)
