[2022] Happy Birthday to myself xD | Appreciation to my family and Wife :D

Thank you to my wife for the simple birthday cake. I personally don't need fancy cakes, but I felt that it is just a simple process to keep count or celebrate the limited number of years in the world we are living in. I just requested for a Coffee theme that give me the extra energy to work on job number 2 and job number 3. Time passes so fast that i felt that procrastination had cost me 25 years of my life :S

Thanks my Wife for the advance birthday gift - iPhone 13 Pro Max when it launched earlier last year. Wanted to convert this phone as my primary phone, but unfortunately unable to salvage the whatsapp backup. Hence to use this phone as my secondary phone for my job number 2 and job number 3 :)

Thank to my wife for the birthday treat @ Tonkatsu Ma Maison at Mandarin Gallery. It is an advance treat, because unfortunately, i am working on my actual "Bird Day". This is also the first meal of the first day in 2022. So i ordered myself a 250 gram of Jumbo Rosu Katsu Set which is also Deep-Fried Jumbo Pork Loin Set at $29.80++ with selection of their Multigrain Rice. To be honest, these are perfect ! I underestimated the portion and it is well enough for myself, because I ordered additional side dishes as well. For this set, it was almost perfect, but I definitely gave it a 9.5/10 which is enough to top off my list.

My wife ordered the Ebi & Hire Set also known as Pork Fillet & Prawns Set at $29.80++. Sorry for the poor shot, but the prawns are really long seriously. Also to add on that the cabbage is free-flow. Tried the prawns, it is definitely worth every single cent for the big prawns. Well marinated and cooked. As for the sauce, they had tar-tar sauce, salt and two different sauces for the Tonkatsu, Prawns and Fillet. The Miso soup is also worth mentioning, it is rich in both seafood and Miso goodness !

So I also ordered Deep Fried Oyster and Cheese Menchi-Katsu (some minced chicken). Two Radish and i think Japanese Rice Tea was served. To end the wonderful meal, dessert was some sweet almond jelly which was nice and not very sweet. Overall Damage is $80.27, but its worth it. Its crowded too when I leave the place, not sure is it always like this or perhaps its only on 1st January 2022 :)
