Canon PIXMA G6070 Refillable Ink Tank All-In-One Review

Bought this exactly one year ago and I guess its time for me to put in some thoughts about this ink tank printer. The overall design looks great and it fulfilled the functions that I needed. The price from last year till now still remain the same at $449. Typically what this printer can do is scan, print and copy in colours. As it is an ink-tank inkjet, it can print better colour pictures, photos and documents. Got this mainly for its colour printing and being able to print 4R borderless glossy photos.

As it is a ink tank, on paper, it is able to print 7,700 full colour A4 sized documents. So far, I had printed all my lecture notes with colours around 300 pages duplex sides bind into three sets of booklet, documents like interview stuffs, bills, investment articles and documents around 300+ odd pages as well as 400+ 4R photos for my photo albums for old photos. After one year of usage, all my colours are still above 60% mark, black is around 55%. Well in terms of quality, it is good and have no issues so far. Of course, you will need to use glossy papers for better effect. So overall, i think is a good buy. Just afraid that the ink dried out and that will be a problem. I am still printing at least once a week to prevent the ink from drying out.
