Went to Sentosa to spend a minimum $30 to get access to two entry tickets for an exclusive event at Sentosa. So we chance upon this restaurant as they are pretty popular with their prawn dishes and price is quite affordable for classic dishes.
We ordered the Big Prawn Thick Vermicelli Soup and Prawn-infused Ebiko Prawn Fried Rice. Both at $13.90 each for one person portion. We also ordered the Ceylon Can drink as there is 1 for 1 offer.
As taken out the Big Prawns from the Big Prawn Thick Vermicelli Soup, the prawns are indeed big and have lots of flesh. Thick Vermicelli Soup have the rich prawn broth taste. I want to personally applaud for the Prawn-infused Ebiko Prawn Fried Rice. It is indeed the best dish i can say for their fried rice. The word "Prawn-infused" as mentioned in their menu is the right indication that the whole fried rice or rather every spoonful of this dish is fully INFUSED in their prawn flavor. The number of prawns in this dish is also very generous for this price. Really deserve trying their fried rice !
