Damasara Chilli Pan Mee from Malaysia Boleh is certainly one of my favourite choice for a simple lunch or dinner. They are using Malaysian ban mian which is often served dry unlike the soupy ones. The noodles goes well with the mix of ingredients (minced pork, stewed Chinese mushrooms, spinach, ikan bilis, and a runny poached egg). I also added an additional Fried Tau Kee in the bowl. Certainly must try !
