Well, for my own personal analysis, figures only shows one part of the story. Feb BTO 2023 isn't really that amazing actually. If it is interesting like when I applied for the Ang Mo Kio Launch last year, that was clearly oversubscribed and popular. Hence people can't really say that the numbers had stablised. It is a hard fact that housing really does increase due to more expensive material and labour costs as well as global inflation. For such a high price, people nowadays only hope to buy something which have good location, even for people who really need to have a house. So yeah, next launch for places like Bedok and Serangoon, perhaps people will go for it in higher numbers.
