Unique and Biggest Library Cruise is at VivoCity on 07 May to 21 May 2023 and is free to enter from 1pm to 9pm. However, you will have to book in order to enter due to limited capacity. At least it is something new for people to enjoy. Enjoy while it is on board in Singapore !
