Oh well, my Samsung Z fold 4 is encountering Black Screen of Death and according to Samsung Service Center, it is a hardware issue as inspected. Only thing is Service Center require me to delete all data before giving them the device to fix it for days. I couldn't afford the downtime without phone for my work. Since I'm a Samsung Care+ customer, i am entitled to premium on-site repair service. Unfortunately they mentioned that office address cannot be one of the address and must be repair from home address. 😒 After my first initial report, they said that they need 24 hours for the onsite engineer to contact me to get an appointment. I can't imagine the downtime and there is no confirmation date and time of the replacement that Samsung can provide. To this stage, i am really disappointed with what Samsung Care+ had promised but cannot fulfil. Hence i immediately purchased another Samsung S23 Ultra which was released 3 months ago and still relatively up to date in terms of software and specs. Migrate everything and wait for Samsung to call me to arrange for repair. Not going to sign up for Samsung Care+ ever again !
