Well, thinking of releasing free-flying Helium Balloon in SG? Better read up first before doing it ! According to CAAS, releasing of balloons up into the sky will affect flight. If you still think you want to release? You will need a permit and need to apply for it. Was trying to release balloon for a personal event, but i read up first. Alamak really cannot anyhow release one.
