Haha so what does it tell? There are many perspective to this. Because of AI, companies don't need temp staffs. Temp Staffs can no longer gain any minor experiences. But jobs require to have experience. On the good side, companies can now save cost and hired lesser staffs as it can deploy many instances of AI to help with the businesses. So how do you really see this?
