Had always wanting to try the best Cantonese cuisine in Singapore. I had stayed at Pan Pacific last year and really like the hotel room there. It is clean, quiet and accessible to the big malls in the area. In fact, there are many good cantonese restaurants in Singapore. Hence here i am at one of the best cantonese restaurant. Although they did not get the Michelin Star award, Michelin did featured them -> Hai Tien Lo: Forging Waves Of Change In Cantonese Cuisine. In the latest news, they are awarded in Tatler Best Singapore 2025 and Luxury Lifestyle Awards. Overall Damage is around SGD$210. But i think for the price and quality as well as the service and dining experience, it is money well spent !
