Wow, i didn't expect SG condos to be having such problems. People not paying Maintenance fees could be a problem, but these have to be sorted out by the Managing Agents and the Management Committees. I already well expect Malaysia Condos to have such problem, but if SG also have such problem, then seem that managing agents and residents are often the root cause. Perhaps smaller projects may be better as less people have lesser problem but resulting in more expensive maintenance fees. Hence buying a resale condo, also need to look out for these signs instead of just cheap pricing.
