Bought one of their signature Macadamia White Chocolate Latte in order to buy this christmas cup at SGD$10.00. Somehow it just looks attractive and went to get it just to view at the cup. However, the Macadamia White Chocolate Latte is surprisingly great ! Prices wise are about the same as starbucks. Can only drink once a month. 😏

Causal Meal @ Novena Square Koufu

Bought vegeterian food, bee hoon with 4 different ingredients. It cost me SGD$7.00. As for the black chicken ginseng soup at the other stall, this cost SGD$8.00. With a cup of Teh O Kosong at SGD$1.30, my overall costs were SGD$16.30. Felt really hungry and sick, the reason why i went for so many food. Also because I ate this for two meals, lunch and dinner. So far, not bad and the soup is quite thick. They also allowed you to add soup if required. Good place to go to as there is many seats available there.

Bad Flu for 5 days...

Had been suffering from a bad flu that kept making my nose drip mucus non-stop. At home, i kept wiping off and wash off. But the most irritating part is while wearing mask. My nose will be blocked and fill fully with mucus where it will flow downwards. The online advice was to keep drinking water. Its rare enough to see Fluimucil selling off the shelves of local pharmacy. Previously this can only be obtained from the clinic. Thats where i found this product works best for clearing off your mucus. It costs $20 for two boxes. Of course, to prevent or to overcome the problem, i will pop in two before i sleep. This is to allow me to sleep properly and one tablet each while working. For an environment which is hard to take medical leave, i have no choice. 

New Aukey True Wireless Earbuds

Got the original Aukey True Wireless Earbuds EP-T31 to complement my Apple AirPod Pro which i am using it everyday. Sometimes i might had forgotten to charge my Airpod Pro, therefore resulting into a long boring train ride. At least with this Aukey True Wireless Earbuds EP-T31, i had a spare earbuds to accompany me throughout the long rides. So far, sound and connection are seamless and loud enough. Bought it at a discount at $21.90 from the last 11.11 sales.

Clash of Clans - Builder Hall all maxed out !

My builder hall had reached max level as well as all the upgrades from buildings, walls and units. I know many others had also reached the max some time back as well, especially the whales. As for me, i'm a F2P player and to be able to max out everything requires consistent time and effort. Of course i only reach max for builder hall, but not the main hall. Similarly as other COC players, we all wished that Supercell will throw in some new updates with regards to Builder Hall soon.

Bought 80% of my short trip from San Shu Gong 三叔公 [Malacca Trip 2022]

As it is a very short trip with a small car boot shared among 5 people, I can't really buy and bring along much bulky items. So I settled almost 80% of my stuffs from San Shu Gong 三叔公. San Shu Gong 三叔公 is a Malaysia local brand that was started up in Malacca, San Shu Gong's passion for producing local delicacy. I had supporting San Shu Gong 三叔公 for more than 10 years from their Malacca and Penang's branches. Each time i goes there, I will definitely minimally buy their in-house 3 in 1 coffee. In the earlier years, I tend to always drink. But nowadays, I spread out the days of drinking it due to controlled sugar intake. Its kinda on the sweeter side, but is on the fragrant side. Bought some other products which I will be sharing at the next few posts. They really do have tons of products in store and this is the place where I also had my chendol.

Streets of Malacca Night Market [Malacca Trip 2022]

Went to order two signature chendol, also with durian. Aesthetic wise were nice, but certainly there were better chendol elsewhere, not the best and is abit on the sweeter side. During the evening where all the shops were set up, the crowd were getting massive. There were many places to chill and we also had several stops to enjoy our herbal jelly and numerous local coffee break. Bought a few items from the shops and stalls which I will share later at the next few posts. Indeed a nice place to visit and get to see many interesting things.

Malacca Jonker Street [Malacca Trip 2022]

By the time we arrived at the hotel and came out for our late lunch/dinner, its around 5pm+. The more popular one chicken rice stall did not opened. So we tried this store and ordered the Large Chicken Mixed of White and Roasted ones. The rest of the roasted Pork were sold out, so got pretty less choices, but still went ahead to order vegetables and large omelette with the signature rice balls. The rice balls were very small in size and later went to add more rice balls and few more dishes as we were too hungry ! There were quite a number of tourists in the area as well. Overall, the dishes were not too bad except for the vegetables. Egg omelette and the chicken were the stars for this restaurant.

On the way to Malacca Trip [Malacca Trip 2022]

This will be the first Malacca series of the daily post. Since it is the start of December 2022 holidays, let me show what I did there during a very short one night weekend getaway. First thing first is to go into JB petrol station to pump up some fuel on this road trip. As it is going to take a few hours to reach malacca, time to pick up some snacks and Coffee to stay awake throughout the road. Ordered Hot Chocolate and Hot Americano. The hot chocolate was great. However, the americano was quite disappointing considering that Costa Coffee's strength should be in the coffee. Never expected that Costa Coffee was quite bad. Their Starbucks were way better. 😒

Brother or Casio Label Printer?

Which one should I get? Brother PT-H107B Portable Electronic Label Maker OR Casio Label Maker Printer KL-130? Need it for home and office solely for my personal usage. Price point is roughly the same. However one significant requirement is Brother can only print up to 12mm TZe laminated tapes width, while Casio Label Maker Printer KL-130 is able to print up to 18mm of tape width. Felt that too small of the label can be counter effective and have to be bigger for better visibility. So I guess i got the answer. 😏

The Last Beef I ever eaten last month

Due to adhering certain rules in my recent master's analysis, it seems that I am harming my own life by taking beef. One certain aspect is whenever I ate beef, the next moment, I experienced bad and negative events happening. Henceforth, I had already stopped taking beef and there goes my plan to Japan 2026 where I was planning to have kobe and also wagyu beef at the various famous spot in Japan itself. Guess I got to find other things to eat and enjoy the next phase of life. So this is also the last review on my take on Beef burger. I love cheeseburger and I can no longer eat. 😣 My best goes to the Double CheeseBurger at Shake Shack. Swensen cheeseburger in fact not up to standard, but portion wise is great !

Kampung Kia Bak Kut Teh @ BGain261 Eating House

I had this Kampung Kia Bak Kut Teh located in BGain261 Eating House near my workplace. Went here and decided to have Bak Kut Teh for lunch. So this costs S$9.80 for this dish. One thing that turn off here was that I handed S$10 cash and expect a 20 cents return. They was checking and checking for 20 cents, but seems that they can't find. Then my colleague went to order from them as well and they totally don't bother to return my 20 cents back. Negative point already. 😠 So I waited for my food and once it was ready, I collected the food, but they still don't bother with the return of 20 cents. Forget it. So I tested the food. Soup was normal and the quantity was bad for its price. It looks good, but not worth for the money. Shall not visit it back again.

Way too many news on businesses laying off staffs

As extracted from mothership, other than the big companies and corporations, even smaller businesses are laying off staffs. Really need to embrace for all these and try to learn something useful to ride off the waves for the next few years. Companies are tightening manpower and will obviously get or keep people with skills. Most likely 2023 will not be an easy year ahead !

As i had sold off this set which i kept in my store room for the longest time, i bought this set from Tokyo several years back. I had assembled one set and find it difficult to assemble. Sold another set to a lady at Carousell. Few days later, she actually texted and show the full assembly of the set and it was well made. Felt happy about it. 😁

Personal "on the go" 4TB HDD

After reviewing and hunting for a personal Hard Disk Drive for several months, I had decided to go with Seagate One Touch 4 TB HDD. I had spent most of my time outdoors ever since I had changed my job scope and currently I'm desk bound to my office space. 😑 Not a good thing, but I had did many changes to adapt and reverse the bad points into a good one. Back to this topic, I actually required 5TB, but unfortunately the shop do not have red colour. Why red colour? Because this is one of my lucky colour based on calculation. Therefore, I got the 4TB Hard Disk Drive and this is to allow myself to work on some of my contents outside before getting home. Let's hope that this HDD will last for at least half a decade. Will review this the next few years time.

Starbucks to fuel through the day !

Having a standard Flat White Venti and Almond Croissant at a Starbucks Reserve Outlet. Something to fuel through another half of the day to work. At least, i get to enjoy $2 off from the regular promotion as a Starbucks member. Just for the record, Flat White Venti costs SGD$8.60 and Almond Croissant costs SGD$4.20 as of now. Let's observe how much it will go in 2023. 😂 Again, i forgot to try off their nitro coffee at their Starbucks Reserve outlet. 😂

The Latest Refresh of Rugged Smartphone !

 I am generally a fan of rugged Smartphones with high processing performance. In today's standard, both iPhones and Android Flagship smartphones definitely bit the maximum standard in terms of their performance. However one thing what these flagship devices lagged off is the physical defense stats. They are quite vulnerable to knocks or drop. Of course these damage can be reduced by equipping the rugged cases. If you felt like using the device without cases and want it to be able to withstand knocks and drops, Oukitel WP21 is a brand you can trust ! Performance might not be too great, but it ensures that you stay connected in a rugged environment and have good battery life. Secondly, i think it is perfect for use by toddler. 😄

KFC Chicken Waffle Platter @ PS

Tried KFC very own breakfast menu, KFC Chicken Waffle Platter. Reminds me of some Southern Chicken Waffles some time back which is a lunch/dinner menu. Many will compare this to McDonald's Deluxe Big Breakfast which there are of around the same value. However I got to say that the scrambled Egg and the hash brown is below average standard. The scrambled egg looks scrambled, but the taste is 😣. Definitely not something I would ever want to eat again. The original chicken is what they usually use for their original patty burger, so its good. Waffles not too bad and not too good, at least it met the standard. Coffee wise, normal, don't expect much as usual. Overall, not an option for me to go back again. 

Turkish Atas Kebab @ Fortune Centre

Went to Fortune Centre for lunch with colleagues. The aim is to try out this Turkish restaurant, as we often see crowds gathering for takeaways and dining in. We ordered the Chicken Baked Rice @ SGD$10.50, Chicken Kebab with Butter Rice @ SGD$9.50, Chicken Kebab with Iskendar @ SGD$ 14 and if I not wrong, was a Cheese Chicken Kebab Pizza @ around SGD$12 to SGD$14. So to start off with the good thing, the pizza was delicious and i think worth the money to try. My colleague who tried the Chicken Kebab with Iskendar was not bad. Chicken Kebab with Butter Rice is normal, nothing much special as I had expected something better. Lastly the Chicken Baked Rice was so dry and is probably not the best choice of all. Perhaps not something which is to our taste bud.

Egg price quietly raised again

I had been tracking all the prices very closely. Just a few months back, it was still selling at SGD$3.80. Today, i spotted the same brand of eggs where I bought regularly had been raised to SGD$3.95. Fortunately Egg size and content is still consistent. Well, price are certainly raising and we just need to do something about it within our control.

Replacement of Battery for my 12 years old Casio Edifice watch

Managed to dig out my old Casio watch chronograph and alarm built-in from the 2010. However, it is already not moving and its using quartz movement. Felt that it is time to revive these old goodies. Brought it to 3D Watch and replace with a brand new battery for just $6. Best thing that it is a quick job and my watch is fully functional and good to advance through another decade to come. Fortunately, I kept it proper and its still in a very new state. 💓

Another Monopoly set acquired ! Propnex Edition

I had been collecting and selling Monopoly set for quite some time. This time, managed to get the Propnex Edition Sealed Monopoly Set at a relatively good price. Board games are fun, but have to play with like-minded people. Those who appreciate boring board games. However having collected several monopoly sets myself have a different meaning. It is the excitement and unexpected value which is hard to understand. 😐

[Langrisser] Decided to pass leadership and leave Frostmourne

As the title goes, I had decided to leave as a guild leader of Frostmourne and had passed over leadership to another person. Reason being that some error of guild leaders were being cleared and unable to meet Guild Event requirement to run weekly guild battles. Also decided to leave as I do not have much time to maintain events of guild members. Hence I had joined a higher rank guild, MARINE BAY SANDS as a member to let others run the guild while i get the benefits with minimum commitment. However, I'm still an active player of Langrisser. 😅

Peach Garden @ OCBC Centre

Went to Peach Garden when they were running a 50% off Dim Sum for Seniors, so brought along my parents to enjoy the 50% deal. Purposely booked Peach Garden @ OCBC Centre as they are located at Level 33 with a nice Sky View. Food were so so to be frank, maybe expectation is a little higher since the overall bill still quite costly at SGD$200+ for 6 pax considering that I didn't really showhand yet. Anyway, for the ambience, I got to say it is comfortable and good service there. The Peking duck was good though. 

Breadtalk Occasional Deal

Yeah yeah, this promotion had been over, but Breadtalk does always come out with deals to reduce the price of their breads. Take for this deal, I bought 7 buns for SGD$10 which is still ok as I spread out two meals for 2 pax. Of course, you have a choice not to buy when there is no deals as it is quite expensive without any promotions or discount. My personal favourite from Breadtalk is its Chocolate croissant and Spicy Floss Bun.

Thai Tea Mix [Vanilla Flavor]

Normally I drank the red one which is the original thai tea. Feeling curious, so I bought the Gold colour tin which is Thai Tea with Vanilla flavor. Not sure how to describe in words, but if i have to describe it in words, it is thai tea + vanilla extract in one. In short, I personally still prefer the original thai tea one which is in the red tin. Inside the tin, it contain small teabags of 50 bags. I really like how they packaged it into these tins which is clean and easy to bring anywhere. So I kept this in office, so as and when, i could brew it in the office. The only thing is, this thai tea mix is best if we mixed milk in it and it will be perfect.

Minute Khana Tandoori Garlic Naan

Having Tandoori Garlic Naan as my supper or breakfast is great. Because with this pack, its easy for me to cook by using Toaster Oven. But it is a little hard. Might need to adjust my heating process, as I am thinking Naan should be a little soft like Prata? I might be wrong. 😀 But maybe I should seriously follow the instructions strictly to achieve the ultimate taste. As what I heard, Naan is expensive due to its expensive ingredients. Can't remember how much did i bought, but its certainly less than SGD$10. Although I am eating it hard due to overcooked, I think the flavor is there and I might try out other brands as well to further my comparison on the better ones.

Sandisk Extreme PRO 256GB Edition [New]

Buying Sandisk microSDXC card need to notice one thing. That is to ensure that you are getting the latest one. Although the old and new Sandisk microSDXC can be showing the same capacity, but the ultimate difference is in fact the speed for read and write speeds. The older gen one normally is of the slower speeds, hence the price of it also varies. As I recently bought the newly released GoPro Hero 11 Black Edition, the original package includes the Sandisk Extreme 32GB. Its certainly not enough, so i went to get the latest Sandisk Extreme PRO 256GB which is sufficient for my daily usage. Of course with the better speed of read and write, I will not face any bottleneck while recording video footage continuously. So far, this product meet every need and perform well.

Thai Shrimp Head Snack

Got this small packet at Golden Mile Centre thai supermarket. They carried a lot of thai snacks. This however caught my eye as I like to eat shrimps in a way. Shrimp Head can be toxic or unhealthy as most people said. However, with moderation, still ok to try. So in this small little packet which costs SGD$2.50, you can see that it contains a mouthful of shrimps head. Personally this is nice and i am amazed that it stays crispy and full of shrimp head goodness. After the frying and dried process, the flavor is still retained in this packet.

NTUC SGD$1 Truffle Potato Chips

FairPrice does offer some very good valued snacks for everyone. Many other local supermarkets does came out with their own house brands of potato chips as well like Cold Storage. Having tasted their Truffle Potato Chips, it is really not bad given for its price. Quantity is reasonable too. In fact, both NTUC FairPrice and Cold Storage very own Truffle Potato Chips are great. Of course if you want to compare both, I personally think Cold Storage ones are a little bit better. 😃

Zoom Capability of Smartphone

As I like to enjoy simple things like sightseeing, have a walk in the various park and even zooming in to ocean view. Zoom capability had been improving year by year. Before having Samsung S21 Ultra, I was having Oppo Reno 10x Zoom edition. Both devices were able to take very good zoom in image. Unfortunately, my very own iPhone 13 Pro Max is unable to take very faraway zoom in shot. Before I sold off my S21 Ultra and while relaxing in my Cruise's Balcony Room, I'm able to take a decent looking cargo ship from the wide sea. There were very good bridge camera with even better zoom capability, but no point lugging a heavy or bulky camera. One to look for is Canon PowerShot SX740 HS, but it had been out for awhile. If the next gen smartphone had quality close to those superzoom bridge camera, I would certainly get it. Otherwise, let's hope Canon would release their Canon PowerShot SX750 HS.

Whittakers' Almond Gold

Another one of my favourite chocolate - Whittakers' Almond Gold. Having almond alone is not really my best choice. Still prefer almond to be in chocolate, ice cream or in dishes. For this case, this almond gold chocolate is truly delicious and blended well. Its made in New Zealand and is kinda costly though. However, in this small packet of 12 pieces, i think it lasted me 2 days to clear the entire packet, because it is addictive. Once you had your bite one, you will want to keep munching this. 😄 Please eat with moderation.

You can have an alternative choice to enjoy yourself. If one, for the sake of having fun and sacrifice your life and die in a place like this, it is just not worth it. Even if you do not think about yourself, do think about your parents who raised you up. Most of the death comes from teenagers. 😣 To this fellow Singaporean who suffered only a cut, you are damn fortunate already. 

New Breakfast Bagel from Mcdonald Singapore

Tried the new breakfast bagel and I think is is not bad. However, I will say that it is not "permanent menu" material. Bagel is normally hard, but in this case, it is soft and easy to bite, The different ingredients mixed well together to bring out the unique mcdonald taste. 😊 Cost wise is abit more pricey as compared to the Sausage Mcmuffin variant. But of course we all knows that Bagel is expensive than a muffin bun. Overall, not bad and I think can enjoy while it lasts.

Youtube Page Post and Comment

I think it is great for Youtube to have a section under the "Community" Tab to let the Youtuber posts its own posting and also had a platform to communicate with others. As for me, I will use it as a platform to post certain updates with regards to this Youtube Channel. As Youtube is under Google, it is a very good platform alongside other platforms such as tiktok. Another space to look out is Twitter, I hope Elon will release good stuffs for the world to make use of Twiiter's platform.

I'm a fan of rugged tech. Most rugged tech used to have lousy specs, especially smartphones. For example, ROG Gaming Phones are one of the best performance phones to use, however the build quality is still lousy and fragile in today's standard. When it comes to rugged, we also need to really know how is the extend of the usability and really how rugged it can protect against physical abuse. Specs of course is very important when using in rugged condition, You won't want to use certain gadgets with very slow specs, but at amazing out field. Since they will be releasing end of this year which is also a couple of months, let's see whats the price be like. 👀 I will still would like to own one of this in case I need to replace my Lenovo X395.

海南福建炒虾麵 Hainan Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee

Came here again with my colleagues to Golden Mile Hawker Center. There are many popular Hokkien Prawn Mee there, each with its own taste and texture. Today, we tried 海南福建炒虾麵 Hainan Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee and I got to say that it was good ! There is no particular size, just one standard portion. As it is nice, thats only when I felt that the portion is abit on the smaller size. Beside this stall, there is a fruit juice stall, I tried their Durian Juice as I am curious about the taste. Well, for SGD$5.80, I think it is better off to go for other drinks. Just plain sweet with not much durian flavor. Oh well.. On the other hand, my colleague went for the right choice. A good cup of Arabica Coffee right in the hawker center. There is a long queue and he really waited for at least 20 minutes. Right price and right texture. He didn't regret it and it really looks good !

Sunshine Garlic Bread Original

Sunshine Garlic Bread Original is very popular where it is selling well in our local Supermarket for many years. Taken this for years and I felt that I have to feature it here too. First of all, it is easy to prepare. Just pop in any of your conventional oven or normal toasters to heat it up. The butter or garlic butter mixture will melt and seep throughout the bread. I got to say that the portion is enough for two people. Taste wise can be comparable to Pizza Hut's very own garlic bread. The texture and looks, seriously taste and looks the same. Price should be at SGD$2.90 at the time of posting.

The Original Vadai @ Golden Mile Hawker Centre

There were a few varieties of flavors or topping with their Vadai. This time we get the dry prawn (a.k.a hae bee hiam) along with fresh prawn ones. They also will ask you whether you need chilli. As most people said that these green chilli goes well with Vadai, I personally just can't accept this way of eating. 😂 So eating both the dry and fresh versions, both were great ! They had many other combinations like chocolate also, but it is quite expensive. Best to go with the original ones, the more in terms of quantity you get, the cheaper it get. Definitely recommend this !

Don't Say never warned Overseas Online Purchase 01 Jan 2023

Again hor, don't say I never remind. I had bought in advance most of the big ticket items from 2022, 2023 and 2024 in 2022. Finance growth in 2023 as planned, will be generating lots of interest to beat whatever sick financial conditions moving forward. You can try lor, with GST increase from 7% to 8% and overseas online purchase will include the straight 8% GST from 0%. Next year will be the year to keep buying financial products and shopping. Another maturity ending in 2023 for me to move assets to other better generating revenue. Spend wisely next year ! Try to reduce expenses in 2023 and lower your debts by end of 2022.

Snow Coconut [Recommended]

I recommend getting this Snow Coconut product. Its quite costly at SGD$5.85 sold at most local supermarket, particularly at NTUC. I think Mr Coconut Large cup costs at around SGD$5.40. Both is equally good in their way. But if you want to get away from the ice cream from Mr Coconut, this Snow Coconut will be next best alternative. It contains pure coconut juice and flesh to enjoy. Quality and quantity is certainly there and this is also the formula to heal my Covid+ as fast as possible. Although during the positive days, when I drank this, I don't feel any flavor, but it really give you the kick and feel like it is healing you. Damn refreshing and pure goodness. Within the package, it provide the straw and fork, so don't have to share or use a separate spoon. Just eat and throw away. Definitely recommend this product. Not much marketing from there also.

Every Event Good or Bad - There are always a song to follow...

Throughout this covid+ experiences, this song will be the one that will remind me of this 5 days "Bootcamp". Of course, I know the meaning of this song, but definitely not related to what I had experienced. It is to symbolize that this particular had happened whenever I listened to this song. As this can be a life or death incident, i'm glad I managed to get past this hurdle. During the 5 days, I felt tried very easily, at the point of writing, I am also glad that I had gained back the strength to move on. Like every human, some uncontrollable situation is the one that help the person grow and learned that not everything can be resolved and need to move on. Don't bother reverse gear just to think back. Similarly, focused on the work and eliminate every unnecessary information that some kid keep barking at you.

[Covid-19 XBB Variant] Fully Healed ! Wish this is the first and last one !

Somehow out of nowhere, I realized that I am Covid-19 positive upon having breakfast at KK Hospital. I am having Laksa for breakfast and was shocked that the laksa I had was TOO BLAND ! I went crazy for a while having others to test it, they said it was perfect. Thats where I realised that I am 😣 fk ! Went back home and did my daily ART and officially Covid+ and went to inform my boss, everyone is history. 😔

As for recovery, completely isolated in the room with a really thin mattress. Tried all kinds of shit, but a few takeways were learning how to mediate, learning how to recite heart sutra, align my backbone to level with the hard floor, finish a book, drink 80% hot water and 20% pure coconut [will share in my later post]. Well only ate one Lianhua Qingwen Jiaonang pill and think it might not be this. Another crazy thing is pouring hot water into my nostrils where the virus reside ! To deal it with a lose-lose strategy, well i suspect it works.

On 24 October 2022, it is almost negative as the line for positive is very faint. Loss of taste recovers. The next day, went for the Laksa test again and wahla, i managed to taste it, but sorry its a poor bowl of laksa, but eventually finish it because I am not going to waste any food anymore ! Its quite torturing, but managed to calm down and remap my mind. Of course, have to thanks my wonderful colleagues for sacrificing their time to cover my work during Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, which I required to work. Will definitely remember this forever ! 🙏 Let's hope this will be my first and last one ever to get this virus. 😡😡😡

Day 6 of Covid-19 Positive [+] Miracle Pill?

Nah, there is no miracle pill. As a first time covid-19 infection in my body, I got to think of ways how to recover fast ! Although our medical government did not recommend any products except for Panadol to relieve the pain or kill off any symptoms, most people recommended Lianhua Qingwen Jiaonang. Well, i bought this for around SGD$8.20 and so far taken only one pill. The recommended dosage is 4 pills each time and 3 times a day. With this dosage, this box will finish in 2 days. However, i didn't do it and I felt that there is more ways to do it. One method of doing is to spraying hot water at my face and nostrils. Drink hot water constantly and kept doing the above. With that being done, around the 4th day, the positive faded off quite well, but my sense of taste is still not back yet. Sleeping without air con and on the hard floor daily also made me realized that I am also aligning back my back posture. In the beginning, it really hurt my back, but now it had straighten up and I am able to stand straight. 😦 I guess I should be either recovered or almost reaches the road to recovery at this time of posting.

Ever since the first day on 20 October 2022 where I got the Covid-19 XBB wave, the first day I experienced headaches and lost my taste buds. Throughout day 1 to day 5 now, I experienced quick fatigue while trying to study, just a short while, I loses concentration and even watching Denmark Opens Badminton wasn't spare as well. I felt tired very easily and intermittent headache is killing me. Losing my taste bud let me realized that food is just there to fill your stomach and not to provide you with satisfaction. So it is beneficial to my other studies of just sticking to nature's food or clean food is good. Taste buds actually screws me up in my life. Looks like life of infecting and reinfection is going to be the norm.

As the number of covid-19 cases were going up, its very hard to imagine that I can be Covid-19 free since the outbreak. At last, despite being a careful person like me, also contracted the virus somewhere. I had also tried to trace back all activities and it is really hard to track. I had been not well in fact since 15 Oct 2022, but I had tried to perform ART test, all results were negative and carried on working till 20 October 2022 morning where I grabbed my bowl of mee siam which happened to be always heavy in taste. I felt that it is tasteless, feeling worried, I asked someone to test it and they said that it is full of flavour. Only then, i tell myself quietly, oh fk ! After finishing all my errands, I went back home and immediately test myself. Indeed, it is positive on 20 October 2022. So as of today, I tested and these are still the results..

Back to the topic of longer waiting times at hospitals, really felt that there were many Non-Emergencies admission, need to really prepare more facilities since there is a growing needs in Singapore. Another mega hospital will be available in the North and it is already in the pipeline and works. That will further ease up the problem of lack of beds. With this, medical expenses will definitely be growing as well. 😐

Had been ordering Mcdonald so frequently that i can understand sometimes they can be very busy and mixed up orders. As i always order almost daily when i goes to work due to a busy schedule practically everyday, when i opened up my order and found out that there is a mistake in my order. Instead of Sausage Mcmuffin with Egg, was given a Egg Muffin. So as usual, i did my feedback via the Mcdonald app and provided image. About 1.5 weeks later, the manager called and asked me to collect the meal from the on-duty manager the next day. I did so seamlessly and glad that things were done right ! 😀

In time and days, i like to write in email or whatsapp, etc. This is also a way to record and look back for information when necessary. There are also people who loves to communicate via phone call. Sometimes that person can forget what they said or "maybe act blur". This app comes into play and I had uses it for many years since the ROG Phone days, from Oppo Reno 10X Zoom, Samsung 21 Ultra to my current Samsung Z Fold 4. One fine day, someone actually call me to perform certain function or instructions from other department. After execution, he said why did I do it? I said that he was the one who told me to do it this way. Then he denied and you know what? I send this audio file to him and he was speechless ! OWNAGE !!
