Chef-owner Wong Peng Hui who is dubbed as the Maestro Roast Master is already 65 years old. Finally I am able to fly to KL to patronize this Michelin 2024 roasted meat. Hence I went for the Char Siew, Roasted Pork and also its roasted chicken. They had a very long queue, that they are only open at 12PM Sharp and finished by 3 hours later or maybe earlier if all the meat had been sold off.
They are located at [30, Jalan Nyonya, Pudu, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia] which just a 18 minutes walk from my Hotel at ParkRoyal Collections, KL.
I reached there 30 minutes earlier to secure a Number 10 position of the order as they only open for business at 12PM sharp. So i waited till about 12.20pm before recieving my order. So order is made upon queuing before opening. Of course, you can order after 12pm too, but you will waste time queuing especially during lunch time and need to wait for the food to be served. Best is still to arrive 30 minutes before opening. Thats the ultimate advice, don't say i didn't warn you 😅. So in terms of the food, my wife said the char siew was good. I don't really like char siew, so won't comment this. But as for the chicken and roasted Pork, i will strongly recommend for those pork lovers to try the strip of roasted pork. This is probably me giving 10/10 to the roasted pork as this is one of the best roasted pork i ate in the world. Chicken is pretty good too at 7/10.
